Nine2five Parking launched in 2006 when I was relocated to Manchester City Centre and found that parking options were limited and extremely expensive.  I found a cheap space quite a distance out of the city centre, which meant me walking past the several blocks of flats with very empty car parks!! I found that I could provide the people who work in the city centre with alternative parking at a cheaper rate and locality to their office, whilst also providing the owners of the parking spaces with an extra monthly income - win win all around!!

In the consequent years, we have expanded and have contracts with numerous landlords and tenants but we are always looking to source more spaces. Our database of clients looking for spaces is constantly growing!  

We have recently acquired parking facilities for a whole company that is relocating into the city centre and been able to provide them with their own private car park. If you have any unused land, we could source companies who require parking spaces and will provide landowners with an income for previously unused land.

We also know that as our spaces are in the City Centre, they are more secure than darkly lit car parks in the winter months. Nobody likes the long cold walk back to their car in the dark, especially our growing number of female professionals that are using our services.
