GENERAL We provide an income for those with redundant driveways or allocated parking spaces by linking them up with people who wish to find cheaper parking. This can also result in the tenant parking closer to their workplace so more convenient for them. Our website allows landlords with an unused space to upload their space details, whilst allowing potential tenants to search for an ideal space close to their workplace within the city centre. If you are still having problems then please email us at enquiry@nine2fiveparking.co.uk TENANT Simply register your details and then you can apply for your desired space. We will then contact the landlord of the space to arrange the contracts and your start date. In most cases our parking spaces are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. You can come and go as you please should you need to attend a meeting etc. In unusual circumstances, specific conditions may be set at the beginning of the rental period. If you are unsure on this then please contact us at enquiry@nine2fiveparking.co.uk Notice of cancellation must be given to us in writing to info@nine2fiveparking.co.uk. We will then confirm your end date which will be the last date you can use the space. The notice period required will be detailed in your Lease Agreement. The first month’s rental fee and deposit can be paid by cash or by bank transfer. You will then have to set up a standing order with your bank. This is our preferred method of payment and doesn’t attract any fees. If you’re lucky enough to be in a position where your company pay for your parking and you need a receipt then please email us at info@nine2fiveparking.co.uk. Our Customer Services Team will produce one for you. Once your contract has been cancelled and you have stopped using the space, we will contact the landlord to ensure they are happy for us to release your deposit. Assuming they are, this will be passed on to you immediately. LANDLORD Nothing! It’s totally free to advertise your space. We do add on a small monthly management fee on to the price you are looking for per month. This will be payable by the tenant renting your space and you will always achieve the amount you have advertised your space for. For example, you may want £90 per month for your parking space, we may agree a £10 management fee so the space will be advertised for £100 per month on our site. If you have a space you would like to offer to tenants, click on Sell Your Space and register your details. You can then progress to upload your space details. We will check the details you have input before adding the space to our database. Once you have submitted your space details, they will be checked and your space valued by one of our team. We have extensive knowledge of renting out parking spaces in Manchester and will try to achieve the best possible price for you. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us!
